Championship Figure Skating: Italian Grand Prix ⛸
Lace up those skates and turn on your TV, the Italian Grand Prix of Figure skating is ON! And instead of heading to Beijing for one final pre-Olympic test event, some of the world’s best figure skaters are set to compete in Torino this weekend.

It’s looking like a pretty stacked lineup with a trio of world champions set to take the ice. Anna Shcherbakova of Russia will be making her Grand Prix season debut after winning worlds in April. PLUS China’s Sui Wenjing and Han Cong (two-time world champs) are skating for the second week straight after winning gold at Skate Canada.
The lone Canadian entry in Torino will be the ice dance duo of Carolane Soucisse, of Châteauguay, Quebec, and Shane Firus, of North Vancouver, B.C. This will be their second competition on the Grand Prix circuit this season, skating to a seventh place finish at Skate America.

Action from the third ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating event of the season begins TODAY. Full schedule of the events below.
